Hey guys!!
Hope your all having an amazing day and a glorious summer holiday :D,
this blog is dedicated to a book I just recently completed, now if you know me you would know that try so hard to read as much as I can although sometimes I stop half way through, I find that there are certain genre's that I prefer to read, my genre's would most definitely be inspirational and true life story's and this book is perfect because its both in one.
As the title already shows the name of the book is gifted hands'the Ben Carson story' I was introduced to this book recently by my dad and I am forever grateful to him because it has truly changed my mindset about life and opened my eyes to the most important things, now I only just found out that there is a movie about this book and as soon as this is published I would definitely be watching this because trust me guys this is a good one I have literally never read such an inspirational book before.
Now just a brief explanation of the book Which would be seen at the back of the book 'Gifted hands tells the extraordinary true story of an angry young boy from the inner city. Through faith and determination, Ben Carson grew up to become one of the world's leading pediatric neurosurgeons. When he was in school, his peers called him the class dummy. But his mother encouraged Ben to succeed, and he discovered a deep love of learning. Ben found that anything is possible with trust and determination.
If there was any book that I would recommend to anybody and I know love this would be it, and for those who would rather watch the movie I would attach the link below, I promise you guys you would love it!!!!!!, this book thought me a lot and I really do hope it does the same for you all.
Enjoy... Oh! and you can get the book in any local bookshop I believe, or an easier way would be to order it online on amazon for instance :)

THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

Hey guys!!
Hope everyone is doing very well!! Have been busy compiling my CV and more stuff so I had to postpone the date to publish this, but!!! This topic has been planned already and another reason for the late post was because I was busy reading a book on the law of attraction to broaden my understanding in order to share this and I believe this is a very interesting topic whereby we can all learn something if not a lot from.
So with the Law of Attraction it comprises of incorporating a positive attitude in order to gain positive outcomes in your everyday life, in order words you attract into your life those things, circumstances and conditions that relate to the nature of your thoughts and beliefs, both conscious and subconscious. And from my understanding this is based on every area of your life, including your health, your finances and all of your relationships.
So an example I learnt from the book I read was someone up for a promotion at his/her workplace, but the turn was that the board was also considering a few others, now the trick is staying positive at all times and believing in yourself because if you do your mind-set as well as others around you see how enthusiastic this makes you and this attracts positive vibes towards you, whereas if you stay uncertain and keep up with an opposite attitude towards whether or not you would get the promotion then you in a way show off this bad outlook and so you attract nothing but negative vibes towards yourself “ Your thoughts create reality”
I read an article by Dr. Michelle Nielsen and she wrote about 3 powerful tips to activate the law of attraction in your life and those included Clarity, The written word and Gratitude and the one that stuck out for me and also which i found really effective was the third one on gratitude in the article she says "The fastest way to attain an “abundance mind-set” and align your emotional vibration with the flow of prosperity and joy, is to adopt an attitude of gratitude. Start the simple practice of writing down five people, things or situations that you are grateful for every night before you go to bed. Gratitude will positively shift your energy instantly and clear out any negativity that has accumulated during the day."

To better understand this I would link to this blog two YouTube videos, as well as the name of the book I read and I promise you guys it would change your life, most especially for those who weren't aware of this because it truly does help you live a more positive life and most importantly enables you to be an uplifting individual. And I know y'all might think if being positive is all it takes to incorporate the law of attraction then you’re wrong because when you fully being to understand it you find there are steps you follow in order to wholly have this a part of your day to day life and subsequently making you a better person.
Hope you enjoyed this and most importantly hope you've learnt a bit from this.

Hey guys!!
Hope you all are having an amazing week so far and having a great time as the holiday and the end of the month of march approaches.
For this post I am so happy to finally be posting a few selected pictures I took a while ago, so the story behind what your about to see started when I went back home (Nigeria) for the summer holiday, and at this time I had just got a new camera as well as a few different lenses to go with it so as expected I was super hyped, on this particular day I was more or less idle and learnt that my dad planned to visit the neighbouring town (Keffi- estimated population of 92,664 (2006)) to check up on a few projects and myself knowing that this town was more rural than a lot of places I ever got to see in Nigeria I thought this was a great opportunity to go along and take pictures of the people and their surroundings (I don't think I have mentioned this before but one aspect of photography I enjoy and admire most is photojournalism I just feel that it truly captures more than just the moment - I will get into that maybe another time :).
So! I got everything ready and off we were on the road, this trip took about 53 minuets I would say depending on traffic, so as we arrived I began to take pictures of the people on the street inside the moving car, actually most pictures I took that day was inside the car mainly for security reasons, it was a cloudy, partly sunny day and everyone went about their business and normal routine. However I was more than lucky to capture these pictures and I am so glad I can share them with you and really hope you like them- ALSO! I want to say a big thank you again to everyone who takes time to actually view this blog constantly the views just keep increasing and I am so grateful considering I am still learning :D.
Finally I would also like to share two quotes on photography that I always have in mind when taking pictures which inspire me :)
Hope you enjoy this and please please please feel free to leave any comments or even contact me..

Beauty can be seen in all things, seeing and composing the beauty is what separates the snapshot from the photograph- Matt Hard.
A good photograph is one that communicates a fact, touches the heart and leaves the viewer a changed person for having seen it. It is, in a word, effective- Irving Penn.

Hey guys!!
So today i woke up feeling very blessed!! and began to reflect on everything that has been going on so far and just decided to look at bright side of every situation good and bad. And as i reflected i thought to myself i have nothing really to be sad, grumpy and down for because looking at the various situations constantly occurring in our world today(my country of birth included) and all those people who have not got half of what i have and are suffering it really did humble me and what more can we do but to pray for these people affected and help as best a we can in any way possible.
A few days ago i stumbled by this poem online the author i do not know of unfortunately but i believe it is an older man based on the writing, so there i was reading this and it truly did have an impact on me in a way that i have always tried to be focused and set everything in place that i forget to look up and see what the world has to offer, friends that could be made, priceless moments and what not and reading this and understanding the authors advice it inspired me a lot and i had to share with you all!! (from my last post i got a remarkable number of views and supportive comments & i just felt soooooo happy!!! so thanks so much to every single one of you! much appreciated).
My hope for this post is that it inspires you just as much as it did for me...
Oh! and if anyone recognizes the author feel free to leave a comment with his/her name :)

AND THEN IT IS WINTER
You know, time has a way of moving quickly and
catching you unaware of the passing years.
It seems just yesterday that I was young, just
married and embarking on my new life with my mate. And yet in a way,
it seems like eons ago, and I wonder where all the years went. I know
that I lived them all...
And I have glimpses of how it was back then
and of all my hopes and dreams... But, here it is..the winter of my life
and it catches me by surprise...
How did I get here so fast? Where did the
years go and where did my babies go? And where did my youth go?
I remember well... seeing older people through
the years and thinking that those older people were years away from me
and that winter was so far off that I could not fathom it or imagine
fully what it would be like...
But, here it is...wife retired and she's
really getting grey...she moves slower and I see an older woman now.
She's in better shape than me... but, I see the great change... Not the
one I married who was young and vibrant... but, like me, her age is
beginning to show and we are now those older folks that we used to see
and never thought we'd be.
Each day now, I find that just getting a
shower is a real target for the day! And taking a nap is not a treat
anymore. It’s mandatory! Cause if I don't on my own free will...I just
fall asleep where I sit!
And so, now I enter into this new season of my
life unprepared for all the aches and pains and the loss of strength and
ability to go and do things.
But, at least I know, that though the winter
has come, and I'm not sure how long it will last...This I know, that
when it's over. Its over....Yes, I have regrets There are things I wish
I hadn't done ,,,,,things I should have done. But indeed, there are many
things I'm happy to have done It all in a lifetime.. .
So, if you're not in your winter yet...let me
remind you, that it will be here faster than you think. So, whatever you
would like to accomplish in your life please do it quickly!
Life goes by quickly so, do what you can
today, because you can never be sure whether this is your winter or not!
You have no promise that you will see all the
seasons of your life. So, live for good today and say all the things
that you want your loved ones to remember...
"Life is a gift to you. The way you live your
life is your gift to those who came after. Make it a fantastic one."
LIVE IT WELL!!

Hey Guys!!
Today I am taking it back to a year ago!, alright so I took Photography as an A-level whilst at college and boy did I love it!.
One morning I and my photography group went up to London to check out an exhibition as well as going to various galleries such as the national gallery, Tate modern and the Saatchi gallery and i must say they were all amazing!!! because from that we got inspiration to go ahead with our final exam preparations, but also in a way getting into the mind of the many artists whose works were on display.(after that I said to myself one day that would be my work up there).
After a long day of exhibitions after exhibitions, we took a break and I was able to go around and take a few shots. SO! below are just a few shots from that beautiful day hope you enjoy and next week I shall formally be introducing myself, what I do, what this blog is gonna be about and I have got in place for next week something very special so stay tuned and feel free to comment :)
